Gemynd LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in any way. Gemynd LLC collects information from our users during the ordering process on our website.

The Membership Process 

We request information from the user on our membership form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and email address). This information is used for billing purposes and membership verification. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Spam

Gemynd LLC does not send unsolicited email to its members unless a game issue requires addressing. Email addresses are only collected to verify individual members and for game mechanisms such as the dominion messaging system in the Conquest of Storm World campaign.

Cookies 

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. A cookie is used on our site only to keep track of a users session in order to maintain the membership objects. Users must have cookies enabled to participate in our games. We do not use persistent cookies, so information is not stored after the browser is closed.

Log Files 

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Security 

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. User information is password protected and blocked through IP verification. Billing information is not kept on this site.
